I’ve spent over two decades working with people in the thick of it leaders in transition, teams in tension, communities in crisis. In my work globally, I saw one truth continue to surface: every person brings a different rhythm, unique story, and edge to the table. And that difference is where the magic lives.

As an author, speaker, and sparring partner, I create spaces where it's allowed to stop performing and start paying attention to ourselves, to others, to what’s real beneath the noise. My work isn’t about fixing or optimizing people. It’s about making space for their complexity, their creativity, their contradictions and helping them lead from that place, not in spite of it.

Much of my thinking has been deeply shaped by time spent with Indigenous communities, whose ways of knowing, relating, and being offer powerful alternatives to Western notions of leadership and change.

I don’t do formulas. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all leadership. What I offer instead is a practice of listening differently, thinking sideways, and showing up with a bit more courage and a lot more honesty.

If you’ve ever felt like you didn’t quite fit the mold, good. You’re not supposed to. Let’s start there.
